Ereon은 JDW와 Polaris3D가 협업하여 개발한 서빙 로봇입니다. 정제된 조형과 불필요한 요소를 배제한 디자인은 기술적 복잡성을 시각적으로 정리함과 동시에, 신뢰감 있는 전문성을 전달합니다. 선형적으로 구성된 바디와 단정한 면 처리는 로봇이 서비스 공간 속에서 기계처럼 돋보이지 않도록 하며, 호텔·식당·병원 등 다양한 환경에서도 자연스럽게 조화를 이룰 수 있도록 고려되었습니다. 또한 곡면과 모서리 처리, 선반 구조의 직관적인 배치는 사용자 안전성과 접근성을 높여 기능을 이해하기 쉽고 편안하게 사용할 수 있도록 합니다. Ereon의 디자인은 단순히 음식을 운반하는 장비가 아니라 사용자의 동선과 경험을 중심에 둔 ‘서비스 오브젝트’로서의 존재감을 지니며, 기술과 디자인이 결합된 새로운 사용자 경험을 제안합니다. Ereon은 사람을 돕기 위한 기술이 어떠해야 하는지를 디자인으로 해석하고, 서비스 환경에서의 일상을 더욱 효율적이고 세련된 경험으로 변화시킵니다.

Ereon is a serving robot developed through collaboration between JDW and Polaris3D. With a refined form and a minimal design that eliminates unnecessary elements, we visually organize technical complexity while ensuring that a sense of reliable professionalism is conveyed. The linear body composition and clean surface treatment prevent the robot from appearing overly mechanical within service environments, allowing it to blend naturally into various settings such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Additionally, the curved edges and intuitive arrangement of the tray structure enhance user safety and accessibility, making the functions easy to understand and comfortable to use. We designed Ereon not simply as a machine that transports food, but as a service object centered on user movement and experience, proposing a new user experience where technology and design seamlessly coexist. Ereon interprets what technology intended to assist people should look like through design, transforming everyday moments in service environments into more efficient and refined experiences.
